By using Best Time To Go (the "Service") you agree to these terms. They are intentionally short. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Best Time To Go is a travel-timing decision tool. We show historical weather patterns and curated seasonal information to help you choose when to visit destinations. We are not a forecasting service, a travel agency, or an airline. We do not sell flights, hotels, or insurance directly.
All weather analysis is based on Open-Meteo's ERA5 historical dataset. Past weather is not a guarantee of future weather. We make a best effort to be useful and honest, but you are responsible for your own travel decisions. We do not guarantee that the "best weeks" we identify will actually be the best when you travel.
The Service includes affiliate links to Booking.com, Skyscanner, SafetyWing, Viator, and may add more partners. When you tap one, you leave our site and your transaction is governed by the partner's terms and privacy policy. We may receive a commission, but the price you pay is unchanged. We do not endorse any specific booking or property; we surface partner searches as a convenience.
If you upgrade to Premium or Business, billing is monthly, in advance, charged through Stripe. You can cancel any time from your account; cancellation stops future billing immediately and access continues until the end of the current period. Refunds are at our discretion within 14 days of purchase for unused service.
The Service, including its design, written content, and software, is owned by us. Open-Meteo weather data is licensed from its provider. Destination photographs are licensed from Unsplash and used under their terms. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute these assets without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Best Time To Go is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for trip delays, weather surprises, missed flights, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Your sole remedy if you are dissatisfied is to stop using the Service.
We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top and, where required by law, notify you. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Best Time To Go is registered. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts there.
