By using Best Time To Go (the "Service") you agree to these terms. They are intentionally short. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Best Time To Go is a travel-timing decision tool. We show historical weather patterns and curated seasonal information to help you choose when to visit destinations. We are not a forecasting service, a travel agency, or an airline. We do not sell flights, hotels, or insurance directly.
Seasonal climate guidance uses NASA POWER monthly averages. BTG ranks months using rainfall and temperature preferences; these are not NASA recommendations or daily forecasts. Past weather is not a guarantee of future weather. We make a best effort to be useful and honest, but you are responsible for your own travel decisions. We do not guarantee that the "best weeks" we identify will actually be the best when you travel.
The Service includes affiliate links to Booking.com, Skyscanner, SafetyWing, Viator, and may add more partners. When you tap one, you leave our site and your transaction is governed by the partner's terms and privacy policy. We may receive a commission, but the price you pay is unchanged. We do not endorse any specific booking or property; we surface partner searches as a convenience.
If you upgrade to Premium or Business, billing is monthly, in advance, charged through Stripe. You can cancel any time from your account; cancellation stops future billing immediately and access continues until the end of the current period. Refunds are at our discretion within 14 days of purchase for unused service.
The Service, including its design, written content, and software, is owned by us. Weather data and external services remain subject to their providers’ terms and licences. Destination photographs include Unsplash images and Wikimedia Commons images under their individual licences. See our photo credits for the curated Wikimedia sources, authors and licence links. Third-party material remains subject to its own licence; nothing here removes rights granted by those licences. Creator content is governed by the section below.
You retain ownership of your content. When you publish or sell an itinerary, you confirm that you own, or have obtained the necessary permissions for, all text, photographs, videos and other material you provide. Those permissions must cover your intended use and BestTimeToGo's use described here. A link to an image or credit alone does not establish permission.
You grant BestTimeToGo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, resize, display and distribute your submitted content as needed to operate the Service, display listing previews and deliver itineraries to their entitled users. This does not transfer ownership or grant unrelated advertising rights. You must include any required author credits and licence notices and must not submit content that infringes another person's rights.
Removing a listing stops new sales. Access already granted to buyers and copies needed to resolve purchases, payments, legal obligations or disputes may be retained as described in our privacy policy. You can report suspected infringement using the in-app reporting function or contact support@besttimetogo.app with the affected URL, a description of your rights and supporting information. We may restrict or remove infringing material.
Publishing requires an explicit confirmation. We record the policy version, confirmation time and authenticated Creator identifier for that listing. New terms do not establish permission for material uploaded before acceptance; existing listings need a separate rights check or confirmation when republished.

Devi rispettare le licenze e indicare gli autori quando richiesto. La conferma viene registrata per ciascun annuncio; non copre automaticamente i contenuti già pubblicati.

Autorizas a BestTimeToGo a almacenarlos, mostrarlos, redimensionarlos y distribuirlos para prestar el servicio y entregar itinerarios a los usuarios con derecho de acceso. Debes respetar las licencias y los créditos exigidos. La confirmación se registra por anuncio y no cubre automáticamente el contenido publicado anteriormente.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Best Time To Go is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for trip delays, weather surprises, missed flights, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Your sole remedy if you are dissatisfied is to stop using the Service.
We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top and, where required by law, notify you. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Best Time To Go is registered. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts there.
